HOST
Patrick is a gastronomic career changer and a passionate hobby cook with a lot of love for detail. He attaches great importance to fresh aromas of herbs from his own garden.
He learned how to cook and love good food from his mother.
Catherine Niemetz
THE STRONG WOMAN
Kathrin is the hard-working helper in the background. She is primarily responsible for the farm and also supports Patrick in the kitchen and restaurant whenever possible.
Susanna Frey
OUR BACKUP IN THE BACKGROUND
We are glad that we can fall back on Susanna's experience and great knowledge. As a long-standing hostess at the Alpenblick, she knows the job inside out. She will continue to support us in word and deed.
